Warranty terms and return policies under which we are operating are as follows:
- All products come with a 6-month warranty, from the date of the original purchase. Special longer warranty terms might be available for selected items. In this case the exact warranty term will be clearly indicated under the items details' page.
- Any faulty or malfunctioning part will be replaced with a new one.
- Return and refund is available within one month since the purchase date while replacement is available within one year since the purchase date.
- Returned items must be sent back in a resalable condition, otherwise we won't refund shipping and handling costs for those items.
- Please note that we are not responsible for product defects that are a result of mishandling by the customers or any accidents. Our warranty is not applicable to those cases and thus no returns will be accepted and no exchanges made!
